When can you start using silicone scar sheets ( dermatix )

I’m one week post op, had a nurse post op today as she told me to remove steri strips in 4 days , but what happens after ? Is the woun left open like that or do I need to cover with more steri strips or silicone scar sheets ?

just leave ur scars now without steris, if thats what nurse said and they will heal quicker and then u can use the strips xx

Ouch I take everything off ? I feel like they would rub on everything I wear ;( poor scar

it burns for about 5 days when you take the strip off nurse puts on…i almost thought there was something wrong…but apparently its normal….I want to buy some dermatix but I have nooo money left this month lol

my size did you get in the sheets? i see there is a gel too

Had post op and nurse took and changed steri strips but hurts and sore now , so that’s normal , feel like my large implants are gonna ooze ouuta my incisions

mine didnt hurt at all when i pulled my own off in the bath 6 day po as instructed to, and your more than likely to get an infection with steri strips on etc as they pick up all the bacteria, i feel the same tho that my incisons are rubbin on clothes bras an it goes through me abit, but got to be ok as thats what were told to do xx
