    Im 3 weeks PO and have still be sleeping slightly propped up! When did everyone start sleeping flat? Xxx

    About 6 days post op. You can defo lie flat now. I was on my side at your point 🙂 x

    You are meant to wait 6 weeks to sleep on your side… so don’t listen to everything everyone says on here. You have just had a big op and should not be sleeping on your boobs so soon afterwards it can affect their healing and placement! I slept slightly propped up for about 5 weeks.. it helps with the healing xx

    Hi, I did full 6weeks, it was a pain, literally but I personally felt it was for the best x

    I had mine done Sunday and I’m sleeping flat tonight, I can’t bare to sleep propped up anymore it’s killing my hip & back xx

    I’m two weeks post op and sleeping slightly propped up still, as advised by the nurse, with a small cushion under my legs between my bum and knees and have found this helps me to stay put! As Toula said it can affect healing. The nurse said not to sleep on my side until 6 weeks because the tissue is healing around the implants and if you sleep on your side too soon it can affect the placement xx
