i started this week, you not tried yet??? x

I did finally last night, 18 days po. I slept with the v pillow under my boobs so they were comfy and slept for 5 hours solid. x

I did at about 1 week 5 days :S lol – I am now 2 weeks 3 days and can sleep proplerly on my side with no support xx

im 3wks and been doin it a bit but sumtimes its quite sore so jst wonderd if i shudnt be doin it xx

I’m 3.5wks and can sleep on one side without too much discomfort, but the other side not at all
