When do I pay rest of the money?

I have my surgeon consultation on Friday, have already booked my surgery date for August 18th and paid a grand deposit. I know I have 7 days after surgeons consultation to get my deposit back but can anyone tell me when I have to pay the rest of the bill if I’m paying in full by?
