when do i take steri strips off? confused :/

I’m 2 weeks po had them put on by nurse 4 days ago when dressings were taken off, do I leave them on orrr? Thanks x

I was given some extra strips,to cover the scars if I wanted to,give your nurse a quick call honey she will advise as we are all given individual instructions.xxx

Sarsar as tina mentioned its different for everyone! I took mine off when I got home 2 shower them that was on my 1st wk post op, clinic manager said shower and they will fall off within a few days! I have had no problems with mine, I have a shower daily using my soap and glory all over body and sanex on scars and boobs then to dry them use a cool setting on hair dryer! Ppl say let them dry naturally but they need to be dry when there wet that’s when they become soft and can start oozing which leads to infection…hope this helps!x

after my wound check i didnt hyave any thing on just put savlon first aid spray nice to get air to them x x
