When do they change :S?

Hi girls needing help once again lol. Sorry if its daft or been asked a zillion times.

I am 1 week post op tomorrow (tuesday) but I can’t really see a difference from day 1. They are not as square + my nipple have flattended slighty but nothing drastic. The only diff I can notice is that they r a wee bit softer.

Do they go flatter/wider or bigger or anything over the 6 weeks? When did everyones start to change?xx
