when do you need to pay for the surgery

Im meeting dr traynor on thursday for the first time then straight after that im trying on sizes with alison up manchester, when do I pay for the surgery, iknow its suposed to be 56 days before surgery but im just confused, hoping to book a date around 18th jan. When do I pay deposit or? Im paying in full just dont know when im ment to pay? 🙂
