    I’m 4 weeks po and i’m dying to do some exercise…i don’t know when/whats best xxx

    apparently after your 6 week check up your surgeon will give you the go ahead on exercise….

    im 3.5 weeks and wanted to start since week one, but the nurse says wait until your six week check. i have been doing wii fit and easy exercises on the kinect to get back into it, but i really want to hit the gym (and cant wait to see my gym buddies faces when they see, i said i was having a small op, but not saying what)

    id ask your nurse if your really unsure though hun xx

    i went back to the gym at 3.5 weeks po, i just took my time and did light cardio and stayed away from any upper body weight, my bf told the nurse i went back early and she was ok, i listenened to my body and took my time, im sure if you just be carefull you will be fine to do some light exercise xx

    best wait for you 6 weeks check up from surgeon… you will feel a lot confident and better when you get the surgeon approval. in the mean time try some light stretches x

    I would advise waiting the six weeks honey,I know it seems ages away,but best to have the all clear from your surgeon.xxx

    im 4weeks po n i went n joined the gym today! my body tels me in ready so as far as im concered im redy lol light excercise wont hurt if u feel up to it hun. xx

    I’m nearly 7 weeks po and wanting to go back to zumba. Mario never mentioned exercise at check up and I forgot to ask! Anyone got any thoughts …. x

    Well I’m now 8 weeks PO and there’s still part of my scar not healed, so I am like desperado to go gym nd wear a proper bra and have a flippin shower, but haven’t been abl to do any of it. I’m gutted and really jealous of everyone doing normal things!
