When do you start massaging your boobies and scars?

Hi was just wondering when is the right time to start massaging your boobies and also how im afraid of rubbing to hard i would damage them im 9 days post op and still quite sore so any help would be much appreciated. xx

I started rubbing palmers and bio oil on them when I got home from the hospital. I won’t touch the incisions until at least 6 weeks x

I was given the all clear to do this at 4wks x

Am I not supposed to be doing it yet? I find it helps when they feel too tight x

I started rubbing my actual boobs a few days after babe. Your nurse will tell u whenyou can start rubbing your scars x

i got told from my surgen not 2 massage them or put anything on the scars xx

I spoke to nurse today she must come on here bless her and saw my post she said I can massage them just how you would normally massage but no on the scars but some people say massage them And some dont confused now I don’t want cc xxxx

i was also told never to massage them, it can affect the natural bond thats made between the implant and skin…see how theres a capsule thing that forms around it or something, well supposedly massaging can affect this and not to do it, but my surgeon also told me not to advise any1 coz he doesnt kno exactly how others work etc so best thing would be to phone up and get it from horses mouth so u kno ur getting the right advice xxx

Thanks I think I will I don’t want to affect my implants in anyway as they cost way too much. Has everything been ok with yours not massaging them thou xx
