I went for my appointment with Mr C on Friday in Bristol I found him really nice, he was very calm and professional. My PC is Amy I found her so lovely and re-assuring. When you see the programs on the TV and all they seem interested in is pushing to your signing up for it, it make you wonder. Amy is not like this at all and wants you to make the right decision for you. This means alot i think. Also met a member of staff there called Louise on Friday we were late due to an accident. They were both lovely and really understand. Thanks Girls for making it an easy experience I think that i was quite nervous about going to this appointment and really enjoyed it. x x
