when is it ok to get your scars wet ?(have a proper bath/shower)

its driving me mad already not being able to have a proper bath , i had my BA on thurs 6th, and i no im being impatient .but how long do you have to wait ?

I had my ba on 30th arpil and i went to c the nurse 6 days after and i was allowed to shower but i had no dressings. xx
