when is it ok to sleep flat!!!

I am 15 days now am I ok to start lyin flat in the bed xx

Not yet, the nurse told me to give it a few more weeks but you can lower your pillows. I woke up flat a few days ago and it hurt so much when I got up x

I got told from day 10 you can start to lie flatter. What i have done is lowered my pillows, but still use v pillow to cushion the sides of my boobs as they can be quite tender x forgot to add I got overs i think it is differnt for each individual and whether you have unders/overs

I also have overs allie….I did try sleepin flat last night and when I woke up my boobs were do painful the most they have ever been I had to hold onto them when tryin to get up,I could of cried xx

hi hun had post op yest n nurse said i can sleep a bit lower now dont have 2 b propt up as high, so slept bit lower last night n me back wanst as sore xxx

Hi im 18 days po and since a few days ago iv been sleeping on my side but cushioning my boobs with v pillow nurse said it’s fine as long as I’m comfy xx

Princess Kitty I can imagine what you are feeling, every morning i get up i got to hold on to them whan getting out the bed, what is it they call it Morning boob, then i feel the pains at the sides. my implants are smaller so i imagine bigger implant, a little more pain (more tissue being stretched). I would sleep high until i felt more comfy xx

Slept on my back from day 13 xxx slept on my side from bout day 18 and slept on my front from day 28 xx

Whenever you feel ok and like your not goin to pop! Lol x

i was 9 days post op yesturday nd nurse said i can sleep flat x

I was flat from about 2 weeks, but felt pain up until about one month p.o when getting up!x

yay cuks glad i am not the only one i woke up on my front earlier. kinda freaked me out, i have lowered my pillows but sleep on my side more now and its the most comfiest position x i am 25days po
