    i am booked in at highgate 2moro for a daycase BA and was wondering wether i should eat when i get up??? im not due to be at highgate till 11am? i dunno im getting very nervous now and i keep worrying about silly things and i just realised i have no idea whn the latest i can eat is?? ….. xx

    I have been told you should not eat or drink 6 hours before – hope this helps Im having mine friday first thing so its easy for me no breakfast etc let me know if you need any more help .

    im 2 wks post op, (had uplift with implants at Manchester) i had to be at Lifestyle for 12pm, i was told to get up at 6am and have some tea and toast i didnt tho as didnt want to be awake for so long in the morning, i had supper the night b4 and just had sips of water up2 2 hrs b4 as advised on the morning of my op. Its normal to be nervous, i was 2, looking bk tho there is no need honestly, good luck and just think this time tomoz x

    ur not allowed to eat 6 hours before
    but youre allowed to drink water upto 2 hours before
    dont panic! youll be fine :)

    thanks girls….im feeling so excited and nervous i dont know what to do with myself at the minute….cant wait to be this time tomo when it all over and done with just gotta heal! xxx

    I was just the same, keeping dead busy and not sitting still, couldnt concentrate on anything.

    Enjoy taking it easy for awhile, get the DVDs and chocolate ready, im bk in work thursday so bk to normal for me.
