When to expect soft boobs?

Hi girls, I’m 9 weeks post op now and my boobs are still very firm / not squidgy – they also don’t look like they’ve dropped well and just appear to be quite high still. I had 350 under the muscle with fiumara.

Can anyone advise how long it took before there boobs got really soft and started to move on there own etc

Also when can I start wearing push up bras ?
