When to pay the balance?????

I’m having my ba in 2 weeks and they hav’nt called me for the remaining money (

i had a letter of MYA which stated when i had to pay by. My op is on the 15th Dec and i have to pay by the 1st dec

i think u ring up and pay as far as i am aware
