When to start rubbing bio oil on scars??

At what stage post-op is best to start. Nurse said 4wks, does this sound right? xx

I went to are Mario on Tuesday and I was 3 weeks and he said to start doing it now … I think you just have to make sure they are fully closed before you do and don’t rub it on he said pat it on xx
