    I just noticed while watching tv after my shower I didn’t put it back on! Opp’s! 5 weeks PO tomorrow but when can I feel freeeeeeeeeee again lol!

    Feel like Ive broken all the rules, havn’t worn a bra to bed once, except for maybe a soft crop top…!! 10 days PO…

    are we meant to wear a bra to bed, im 8 weeks post op and dont wear anything to bed and dont wear my sports bra anymore just new normal bra’s xx

    Its entirely up to you honey,Im in my fifties,I had an uplift so knew really that because of my age and the skins elasticity I would need to support them day and night.xxx

    pre op i hardly wore a bra!! period!

    i wore vest tops and owned around 3 bras which were gel bras to wear under fitted tops :(

    i find it uncomfortable wearing a bra… but, apparently you’re always suppose to wear a bra to bed. having a BA or not!?!

    i think at your stage it is important to keep them well supported ;)

    I’ve been told to wear a good sPorts bra to bed as they will stay perkier a lot longer :) I’ve never not worn a bra to bed though so I’m used to it xxx
