when to wash the cuts ?

i can any one advise when its ok to have a proper shower and wash the cuts after having a breast enlargment ? xx

Had my ba over 8 months ago, so from what i remember, i saw the nurse at 7 days post op and had my plasters taken off. She then put steri strips on my scars, and said i could have a shower but not to get the strips wet. I had to take them off after 5 days, and was able to have a proper shower then. She advised that the scars were dried using a hair dryer (in case of infection from a towel)
I had my surgeon check up at 7 weeks, and he said my scars had healed well, and i was able to go into underwire bras if i wanted, and use bio oil on my scars.

hi jan, i’ve just answered your question on ‘bra…when’ xxx

u wash them when ur nurse tells u after the steri strips are taken off…
she told me to use a seperate wash cloth for them, and use non perfumed soap, and use a seprate towel for my scars… to avoid infection xx
