When were you able to lift your arms up?

Worried about washing/styling my hair….. LOL xx

Me too, my boyfriend is off with me for the first four days but after that im on my own! lol x

Ive got a fringe! I cant go anywhere without styling it properly! Haha Must stock up on dry shampoo aswell xx

i was able to wash my hair at 7 days post opp hun, the nurse told me after a week post opp you can gradually lift your arms higher and higher till your back to normal, make sure youu take it slow though stretching a little more each day. xx

I have a fringe aswell and no one can blow dry it like me lol !

Think Im gonna have a spam forehead for a week lol ! X

Lots of bobbles, alice bands, dry shampoo and maybe a trip the hairdresser for a wash and blow dry it is then! lol xx
