Has anyone got any advice for me to get back on track?

I’m 14DPO today an the skin on my face is STILL oily. When i say oily there is literally beads of oil on my forehead! Could fry a chip on it. Then the rest of my body is dry as a stone!!
Also i’m still really bloated! Stomach looks like i’m 5 months pregnant. I feel like an ugly elephant!! What can i do? 🙁
I’m drinking loads of water and I use oil free daily exfoliators for my face.

Has anyone else had this for so long? Thought it would go after the first week 🙁

    xx

I know the feeling 🙁 how many days post op are you? I’ve also noticed that even the hairs on my legs arent growning as fast. (Not that i want them to) but surely the drugs cant have this much of an affect on your body?? x

It is really annoying and uncomfortable and makes you feel like a gross mess… but it isn’t forever and it honestly does stop sooner than you think. I drank loads of water and tried to eat healthier but to be honest i just tried not to let it bother me too much!
