When will I feel normal again?

I am three days post op from a breast lift and implants and I feel so crap!

I am not in pain necessarily but my tummy is bloated and I am constipated (sorry for the level of information) and I just want to know when I am going to feel normal again…!

Having my bandages taken off tomm which I am abit nervous about as they are strapped so tight….

Any stories of recovery would be most inspiring – only good please

I never suffered with pain, just aches, im 3 weeks tomorrow and they still ache and are tender to the touch. I do feel normal, but obiously not 100% as their is still a ache their. Cant wait myself to be normal, Just to be able to run, or jump. If something makes me jump, the jerk then hurts my boobs.

I also felt very vunerable for the 1st few weeks too. xx

Hi jinksy…i’m 5 weeks post op from an uplift and implants – its a longer recovery for us girlies due to the uplift and to be honest the first week or two i was a mess but everyone is different, it was about 6 days before i went to the loo – take senokot and drink plenty of fresh orange! All i can advise is get plenty of rest and don’t overdo it – you will feel fine in no time! You will feel better with your bandages off as you are less restricted… Even standard BA ladies say it takes a few weeks to get back to normal…good luck with your healing hun xx
