Im 6 days post op today and i cant stand up straight or walk without being all hunched over like Quasimodo! When will i be able to stand straight without the streched pain im feeling in my left boob. I go back to work in 8 days and im worried that ill still be walking around with a hunchback! 🙁

@abbie I was like this until about 10DPO , it does get better (and all of a sudden!) but I sympathise , its an horrible feeling and can cause shoulder blade tension thereafter, best help I found was to force your back to sit up straight in a very upright chair (like one round a dining table, just for 15 mins or so even) , it made me so much worse laying back all the time plumped up by pillows, hope it eases very soon for you xx

Hi, I was walking around like this i would say up until just before my 2 week post op appointment. I was doing it without even realising as you do it at first to help position yourself. Xxx

Same as above – about 10 days post up and my posture improved massively
