When will it be ok?

To move my arms abit more? i had my op on wendesday and im paranoide about rippin my stitches i just move my elbows up an down atm xx

You can soon tell if it’s pulling so just try movements and if it pulls don’t do it as much.

I am comfortable to move my arms a lot already hun. I even managed to wash my own hair yesterday

Im gonna wait till tomoz then have a shower down in a cling film Bra type of thing and can wait to wash my hair xx
