When will my goblin belly go away?!?

Hi ladies, I’m used to havi g a flat tummy but since my BA 8 days ago I’ve had a really swollen tummy. It doesn’t feel uncomfortable and I’m not constipated or anything, but it looks rubbish and is totally detracting from my new boobage!! Anybody else had this?? How long does it take to go? I stopped taking any medication last Tuesday. Thanks in advance x
