When will the morning back stiffness stop?

Hiya ladies, was just wondering when I’ll be able to wake up with no stiff bk?

On a morning I feel like I’ve been run over!

Is this due to me sleeping on my bk slightly raised or is it to do with weight of implant on my chest?

I’m 16 days po now. X

Sleep flat now Hun, you’ll be ok to do so now, try it tnite, I was still a bit achy but was miles better, my back hurt more than my boobs!xxx

Yup i agree……I’m 9 days post Op and I’m getting lower n lower!!! I HATE sleeping so upright!! I also woke up on my side this morning…..half up half down!!! No probs!!! xxx If your body tells you it’s ok then I reckon i’s fine! x

Or am guna try sleeping flat tonight then cos my back kills me on a morning.

Some times to point where it beings tears to my eyes.

Worse part about my whole experience so far is the morning stiff bk.

When I went for my check up skybird nurse can sleep on side if we want bab xx
