when will the swollen nipples go down mine are huge

Had my BA on wednesday. my nipples are soo swollen, when do they go down?? or is there anything to help make them.go fown xx

Mine went swollen for a day or so but now they can both b normal but take it in turns lol, one will go hard at a time and the other will go puffy haha looks so stupid! Not long girls…hopefully x
