when you do you start wearing your Macom Bra

Hi I’m a bit confused, I was told to put my bra on after a week pre-op – is that what everyone else was told?

I wore my Malcom from one week post op but I did have tight strapping on for the first week and I couldn’t get my Malcom on with the strapping even if I wanted to put it on .

I have an M&S sports bra, which isn’t feeling overly comfy. Is the macom better do people think?

I still wear mine at night and I wear a tesco sports bra during the day as its better for me and work .

I have really tight strapping so maybe it is ok…going to see the nurse tomorrow to have strapping taken off – can’t wait!!!!
