    do they know what you spoke to on the phone from the records? In other words, will they ask me out loud what surgery I am seeking bearing in mind I’m a guy and don’t really want to say out in front of other patients that maybe sitting in the lobby.

    no they should just call your name, then in private room for consulation no one will know what your there for…x

    They just referred to my appts as ‘pre op’ or ‘post op’ so no broadcasting Hun lol.xx

    no they dont ask u anything on reception ur pc will ask u everything in private. and every time ive been for my check ups etc no one else has been in the waiting room thats why they have appointments

    No for confidentiality reasons they wouldnt be allowed to discuss your chosen procedure in the main reception it would be completely unprofessional and MYA would get in a whole world of shit, so dont worry you’ll be fine xx

    Hey danni, I just went in n said hi im here for my appointment. The receptionist told me to take a seat til they were ready, then my pc came out n said hi kerry come on through. N same wen I seen my surgeon. So at no point was it mentioned wot I was there for until I was in the closed room. Dont worry hun ul b fine :-D xx

    Don’t know why but I had visions of it being like A&E with hundreds of people about hehe. Oooops. :-P
