When you take off your steri strips do you clean it after?

I know not to get it soaking wet ect but there’s bits of dried blood and skin and marks from the strips. They just look a bit dirty lol I know u can’t put cream on but did any girls use anything else to keep clean and stop infection?

I just washed my incisions with water in the bath x

I use sanex body wash, its prob one of the best things, my mum used it with hers and I am too!x
