Where aunt flow??? operation related

Hey ladies quick odd question im about 11 days post op and about a week late on my period im not pregnant have tested 3 times to make sure but just wondered if having an operation can delay things x x

Aunt flow dose’nt visit me any more honey,Im past my sell by date,but I am sure that this may be something to do with the stress your body has been through,each person reacts in different ways to the anaesthetic,it could be that, check with your nurse to put your mind at rest if you have done the test and your not pregnant,the nurse will be able to advise.xxx
