paracetamol for sure…..I found that the stronger pain killers they give you helped me sleep so only took them at night and paracetamol through the day. I think to be honest that is it. I would make sure you have a couple of differnet sizes in sports bra’s although I just bought on of the Macom surgical ones and have to say it is awesome. Very comfortable and stretches and compresses in all of the right places, so accomodates all swelling without having to have 3 or 4 different sized normal ones.
