where do you have the op?

hi ladies,
just been thinking and i only see girls having their surgery at preston or highgate.. are these the only two places to have surgery?
i live in nottingham so would i have mine at the closest hospital to me or do you get sent to whichever hospital that your surgeon will be at..?

you go to whichever the surgeon is based at 🙂 i’m from the nottingham area too and i had to go to preston for mine xxxx

oh no thats like 2 and a half hours away isnt it! really didnt want to travel far 🙁 never mind i suppose its a small price to pay for a nice body lol xx

it took me 3 & a half hours on the train cos i couldn’t drive 🙁 they don’t let you go home the same day if you live over an hour away but theres a hotel pretty much round the corner so i stayed there 🙂 xx

looks like i will be doing the same as you amy lol!!
i have a little boy so ideally wanted to come home the same day not that i would be able to do anything with him x

I do drive myself but I wont be able to drive back once the implants are in so I think my brothers taking me n my friend. we have to stay local to the hospital for the night so booked the ibis hotel which isn’t far xx

I had just over 2 hour journey to Preston. I stayed in hospital overnight and travelled home next day.

I think theres highgate, preston and doncaster.

I have a young boy too, I really wanted to come home, but the terms n conditions will be screwed if I hadn’t of stayed local! xx

i will have to do the same and bring a friend with me for the night i will drive there and she can drive us back
im more worried about leaving him and his dad alone theyre like two toddlers and the house will be upside down when i get back lol!! x

Haha that’s about right!! my mums having my son for me. im worried about leaving him (even though I know he’ll be more than safe) just because im not gonna be down the road!! 🙁 xx

thats the same as me! especially having surgery aswell its not like we can get up and rush back 🙁 im sure everything will be fine for them xx
