where do you wake up?

very odd question but after the anesthetic do you wake up in theatre or your room? xxxx

hey, you wake up in recovery. i was there for 15mins then thay took me back to my room. X

I was wondering this cause i was curious whether Id be with other patients at any point? cause I know a few girls on here are having BA same place, same surgeon, same day as me – tomorrow xx

Its just a room that the wheel you into after the theatre….you have a nurse with you until you come round fully then they take you back to your room! I had a lovely male nurse holding a sick bucket for a good ten minutes straight after I woke up! He said he had never seen anyone so sick after…apparently all I kept telling him to do was let my dog out?!?

They wake you up in the recovery room hun but I don’t remember it at all. Just remember getting back to my room. How you feelin? I, getting nervous but I don’t know why, i loved my day last time x

Yep I’m in tomorrow, 11am admission x

I woke up in my room. It depends how well you recover from the GA xx
