I think it may of been deleted dude in case it started anymore issues…or something…idk…definitely been deleted though x
The mod might have deleted it because I think there was some comments that had swearing in them, not from you though…

xx
The time will fly by, your getting 700’s aren’t you?
Lol it’s weird, before my op I was the same, I suppose it’s because we are thinking about getting perfect boobies and we want a body to match
My advice would be to drink herbal tea like crazy, that’s what I do when I want to eat and it fills me up
x
I agree with u flicky1!
was good of u to try and do something nice! … I want to be in the new boobie club!!! Hate waiting!! Xx
Wow okie dok. . that flushes ur bad toxins 2 doesnt it. . ?
good thinking! and drink water isnt it? ? but im addicted to cocacola
x
swap cocacola for pepsimax…still sweet but there is nothing in it
DOLLY:- you know your zip up sports bra…is it from marks and spencers? i was looking at them before…if so is it any good?
Yeah, it’s really good
Also avoid carbs, you will be surprised at how much you will lose in a short space of time xx
@xlauraxsx Yeah the zip up one is sooo good! Gives great support and doesn’t rub on the scars. Also try the M & S post surgery bra which is mainly for ladies who’ve had breast cancer but they are seamless and soo soft; they are also ideal for wearing with lower cut tops when you start going out again as they don’t come up to your neck like most of the sports bras ha xx
I shall get that then. I have been looking at macoms and shock absorbers.
I gave up carbs for lent…it’s killing me haha, well…most carbs. Main ones being pasta, baked potatos and bread…I am doing quite well though
I found that the macom was really good for sleeping in though
That’s good! I do it so often that I don’t really find it tough anymore x
I’m trying to give up the carbs as they really bloat me. What are you replacing them with? I just can’t think what’s filling to have instead. I get sooooo hungryyyyy xx
I just eat fish/chicken/vegetables/fruit…it’s tough in the first week but after that you don’t even notice and the weight just falls off
Herbal tea is the answer! I drink so much of it, it’s ridiculous lol x
Funny how some ppl are now being nice… very good keep it up
