which implants are best? Teardrops or normal?

I had my first appointment with mya a few weeks ago and she had diffrent types of implants! I’m so confused about the choice, I like the thought of the tear drop one’s as they look more natural but she said these had a chance of turning upside down after the op! Had anyone had these and would you recomend them? I like the shape of my boobs as they don’t sag or anything, just want them bigger than an a cup!

Also I have my appointment booked on Saturday with Mr Kazzazi, so any bits of info would be appreciated so I’m not totally culeless on Saturday

I’ve got my consultation soon with kazzazi was also thinking teardrop but these apparently are 1000 more ontop. My PC emailed me with the price today. Medium to high profiles will give u a natural look. Are you seeing another surgeon to Sarah? X

I know the price puts me off them too! But then i think that’s my body and I want it to look as gd as it can if I gotta pay lol! Hmmmm I’ll let u know what dr k says on sat about them

Yeah thing is my friend has had kazzazi about 6 weeks ago. She wanted natural n he said hp unders and hers look amazing. I’m going to see adamo too to get his opinion. Only thing is I’m not good with a choice lol. Ok yeah let me know x

I’m off to see Dr Adamo today for the second time to discuss this time teardrops, I also want to look as natural as possible.

When I mentioned the teardrop shape to Mr Kazazzi he turned his nose up, said he doesn’t use them as they run the risk of turning around.

Said he had been using conventional CUIs for all the years and that’s what he prefers

He also told me unders would be more natural as you will not see the outline of the implant, and suggested I have 460 unders from a 34b

Cheers Tracy, I was speaking to one of my friends that had hers a few weeks ago, she went with mr kazazzi, and she had normal unders and she is really please with them, look in proportion (like me she had the hips just not the boobs to match!) and natural! Thats what puts me off teardrops as they can turn, not so much of a great look! It’s so hard making a choice when you want the best outcome!

So saw Mr K yesterday in London. Didn’t look impressed when I asked about teardrops and said because i have quite wide hips the round ones would look much better, the teardrops are more for girls that want bigger boobs but have no hip’s so they do not look top heavy. To get a c-d cup he has said I should go for the 380 mhp to 410mhp

I had teardrop implants from an AA tiny frame so look bloody great as noone can tell they are fake- even the girl who measured me in la senza!!!

turning is so rare I had mr adamo and in all the ones he has done only one turned. In italy brazil and sweden etc these are the most sought after for natural looking breasts only in uk are round more common.

Also I have hips!!! but no bust before even though really slim. check out my pics will uplod more when back off holiday as they are quite old now xx

p.s go for a surgeon who is happy to do them and specialises in these as the risk of turning is then reduced

Cheers George, i’m gonna ask for a second opinion when I speak to my PC, just coz I been told not to go for the first surgeon you see.

However I saw my friends new boobs today and she had 380 mhp, round one’s by Mr K and they also look fab!

I change my mind every day! At this rate it will be another year before I have my new boobs hehe! XX

Depends what look ur going for, if u want natural go for teardrop if u want more perky round look go for round implants…i met a surgeon 2nite and he said with teardrops u wudnt get the cleavage look without a pushup bra,,like in ur bikini or no bra they would sit as normal boobs but with round implants ul get that cleavage easier, he also said in his experience of 9 yrs they have never turned upside down and they dont ripple as easy xx

I agree you don’t have that permanent cleavage but then I didn’t want that as even natural big breasts don’t have this normally.

I can push them up with a push up bra but they still look awesome in wired bras too.

the look i was after was naturally endowed so everyone thinks I just have awesome boobs and not had then done look. luckily I wore so much padding before I can wear soft triangle bras and achieve a better look -slowly adding padding so people have no idea and think they are just growing naturally! haha

p.s if you have normal boobs already and want filling at the top they may not be for you- more for the aa-a cups with very little breast tissue as you can’t hide the round shape under tight skin and no tissue!!!

Hi ladies, hi george, I saw Dr Adamo the other week and he had a huge smile on his face when I mentioned the teardrops. He prefers them and as you said george he has only ever had 1 case of them turning/flipping (it’s very rare).

I’m going for the teardrop because I want the natural look and don’t need a permanant clevage but I guess it’s each individuals taste and what look they are trying to achieve.

I’m a 34a and a size 8/10 5.5ft

Hey Girlies, I’m still trying to decide if I should go ahead with the procedure, as I’m very nervous and I want to have natural looking boobs as i am only a 34a now.

I must admit that I haven’t even been to see a consultant, i am that nervous lol.

I would love to see more pictures.

I personally think u can get very natural boobs with round unders. The muscle holds the implant in at top and allows a “fat” bit at bottom!

Mine are sooo natural looking and i had 380hp round unders xx
