which is better… unders or overs???

i have been told i can have either unders or overs by my surgeon. At the time i said i would like unders but i actually dont know all the pro’s and con’s of each, i just wanted a more natural look so he advised unders and i agreed.
What is the good and bad stuff about each, i know i should have asked this at my consultation but my mind just went blank in there and forgot to ask all these things, im so dozy ha

hi hun if you have enough breast tissue id go for overs as you are more likely to get a cleavage with this placement. if you do not have enough breast tissue id go for unders as this avoids the rounded top look such as victoria beckham. overs heal quicker but you are more likely to get rippling. unders give the more natural slope as it covers the top of the implant your less likey to get cc with this placement and you are less likely to ‘sag’ as the implant is held in place by the muscle. hope this helps. you should go on so feminine website they are great.xxx
