Which shape, round or natural??

Hi,hope everyone is well.

I am about a 34C, I’m wanting to have an enlargement after having my 3 children, during my 2nd pregnancy i went up to a 34H and have a lot of empty saggy skin now.

I was just wondering if anyone had any photos of the natural shape implants as well as the normal round implants they would share with me.

Round implants can still give you a natural look because once they’re in your body they don’t stay comnpletely round, gravity and your tighter skin nearer the top of your chest pushes on the top of the implant squashing the gel thats in it down slightly and makes it a sort of teardrop shape anyway, if you tell your surgeon you’d like them to look natural he’ll suggest options for you at your consultation with him.

I’m quite worried about the same thing as you too though, I dont really want them to look round at the top

hey hunny, I had 525 overs hp round and mine look really natural…they have dropped and are continuing to drop to. The issues with teardrop and natural implants is that they do not give you a full breast near the top pole…which makes them look a little droppy. If you ahve had children round would be better.

Normally if you have round unders you get the fake boob look as sometimes your muscle does not let your implant drop but where as overs gravity takes over to help them. Also it will depend on what profile you are having and your surgeon.

I am 34aa and would like to be a d so think I would need hp unders, do you think round or natural would be best? Do you think because I am so flat they will look really fake? x

Hi Samf81 I had round 340cc 10 days a go and they look natural! I only got pics on here of up to 4days and already look natural then looking even better now I will add you so you can have a look.

I know how you feel i wanted to see lods of pics when i fanly booked it! lol

i want to have the biggest moderate profile CUI implants you can get which i think is 505cc and am at a total loss of what size they might end up…..

Hi north3c I am a 34A/B right now though Im actually a 33 backsize ….Ive not been measured in a long time because I dont see the point because of how small I am.

I dont even wear the right bra size for me….I can JUST manage to get a cleavage in a heavily padded 32/34C bra which I wear to try and make me look a bit bigger….Ive seen my surgeon and he’s suggested 470cc low/mod profiles but I’m not having my BA done til June and am due to see him again in April, a bit closer to my surgery day to be measured and have another consultation with him again, I may push to have the 505cc mod profile implants as I dont wanna be disappointed
