which size??????????????? 340 or 380

hi been to see my surgeon mr kazzazi today and he said i cud have 340 or 380, he said the 340 wud be better for my frame and give a more naturel look, but the 380 will fit but wud be alot fuller and have more chance of rippling. I’m a 34A (only a size 6 frame) and wanted to be a max of 34D the 340 wud give me a gud 34C cup but my pc said the 380 cud go to a 34d/E. so i wud probably be better of going with wot the surgeon said. Don’t know wot size to go for as don’t want to end up looking to big, but don’t want to end up dissappionted. Has anyone else got the same stats had either of these sizes if so what bust size did you end up with.????????????

I had 345 n 325 yesterday. I already love them, but do wish I had gone a tad bigger to 380 xx

I’m a 34A and having 340unders which i’ve been told will take me to a large C small D. Using the rice test this is what it seems to do so they do know what they are talking about!

I think i’d go for the smaller if there is a chance of rippling with the bigger as from what i’ve read girls have been really unhappy with any rippling

Always always go bigger, that’s my advice! They never feel as big as when the implants are in your hand or in the bra. xx

Hi Barcadicat, I have Mr. K too, he gave me a choice between 300 and 340 and I was really confused which size to go for. He said 340 would be ok but there would be a high chance of rippling. Every1 here says go bigger but in the end I made my decision and went for the smaller – just as ros1705 said: I have nothing at the moment (34AA) and dont want any rippling what so ever!

I am a size 12 and he said with 300 I would be a small c cup so I can imagine you would achieve a D cup with 340 hun xxx

Hi…im petite size 8, 5ft 2, i got offered 340cc and 380cc…she said the biggest i should go to is the 380cc which should take me to a full C-small D. Think you should trust ur surgeon as that is what most people are saying. I could have gone to a 410cc but she said i could get stretch marks so didnt want to risk it. Whatever chice u make im sure you will love them. such a hard decision! good luck : ) x

hey, just to update u, I ended up getting 340cc overs instead of unders on thursday, the surgeon said I had 2cm spare and overs would give me the fuller more rounder look that i had previously said I’d like. I was previously 34A/B, size 8/10 and I’m now wearing a 36DD sports bra! Obviously got a lot of swelling and they’re gonna take time to settle etc. but I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to go any bigger for my frame. everyone is different due to tissue etc. but I’m sooooooo chuffed I went for the 340cc overs. i was also told that if I’d gone any bigger I’d probably get stretch marks so took the advice of the surgeon instead.
