who can give me huge boobies AND a cute little nose at same time?!..anyone had ?

Any girls had both done together and really happy not too sure what my options are but from what ive heard I think id like Mr Singh and Mr Gonschior rolled into one hehe. Xx

I wanted this, My PC recommended Russo but I decided against my nose in the end and just got my boobies with Mr Chantarasak; he also does noses too….Singh doesn’t do rhino’s either. Your best bet would be to request to meet Russo and any other surgeon who will do them at the same time so you can get two opinions

Also depends on open and closed surgery,some surgeons only do closed that may be all you require for small changes, open may be required if you need to make a lot of changes.Make sure you research the best this is your face,if your not happy with breasts you can hide them but you cant hide your nose.xxx

So true Tina thanks ladies, erm i didnt even think of that well I guess id need open I mean my nose isnt huge or huge bump but i do want ot more narrow, and work on bridge and tip. Thats interesting Dolly I just assumed you had Mr Sing hun as you have larger implants, have you seen any of Mr Chantarasaks rhino pics? Can i add you hun? And what made you change your mind on rhino? Xx

Nah, most surgeons do larger implants, it’s just that Mr Singh has that reputation because he gave Katie Price her first big pair…No, I haven’t seen Mr C’s rhino pics but I’m sure if you search online then you could find some; or MYA could provide you with pics. It was partly to do with my parents because they pay for my surgery so it’s only fair that they have a say! They just asked me to think about it a bit more because it’s my face you know? Plus I need a lot doing to my nose; nostril narrowing, tip refinement and an implant…I might have it done with my next BA

Oh I didnt know that either lol that Katie Price had him! Yeah true and sure its alot to go through I guess the bigger the implants and more work done on nose the longer the recovery. I just want to have both together due to not being able to take more time off and getting married next year so want to look nice for that and honeymoon hehe. Are you not happy with your BA then hun if you having another? Xx

Yeah, that’s why some people go to him. As far as recovery goes I’ve been fine, I had a few complications in the beginning which MYA sorted for me, but as far as pain goes I’ve had virtually nothing; just a bit of aching.

It’s not that I’m unhappy; I suppose they are an ok size but I wanted them MUCH bigger…1500cc’s but I was told I would need 2 operations to do that so maybe I’ll get those along with a rhinoplasty at the end of the year xxx

I know Mr Fallahdar does them both together I had him for my ba the going in dec to have nose done by him x x x

Wow 1500cc ! Didnt even know you could go that big! Well i hope you get the result you want next time they look awesome though. So Russo, Chantarasak, and Fallahdah all operate in the london area? I know it sounds silly but who do you go with do you choose or do you get given your surgeon at your consultation as im going to book very soon and unsure how I know who to have?? I cant go to the consultation until about a few weeks before op hmm. Thanks girls you have been a great help def given me alot to think about xx
