    because i keep waking up almost lying down :( hmm when will my implants drop?! am I making it worse for myself by not sleeping fully upright?

    I think you sleep upright because it helps reduce swelling and risk of DVT, not sure if it has much to do with implants dropping hun. I’m 7 days PO and am going to sleep up right for a few more days yet as its uncomfy to lay down :) x

    I’m on day 2 and I keep sliding down too! I’ve read somewhere that it should be 45 degrees but as long as your shoulders are up higher than your torso you should be okay. Just adjust yourself when you realise. You’re only human! xx

    I still sleep upright and im almot 3 weeks po lol i LOVE my vpillow i think im gonna use it forever now! I did wake up in a few weird positions in the first week which wasnt nice but i dont think it will affect how your implants drop though xx

    my nurse told me that i only have to sleep at 45 degrees and that it helps with swelling so as long as you are a little bit propped up i wouldnt worry! :) x

    oh right ok i wasnt sure ! thanks girls :) i’ve managed with an angle mostly but last night i reaallyy wanted to sleep on my side but it hurt so i didnt :(

    flicky i dont understand the v pillow! haha i do have one and i think it helps but i still slide down and wake up like as far down it as possible haha :( x

    I slid down it at first lol id wake up with my neck bent backwards an back all bent lol was really weird but now i stay in the same position, i kinda sleep half on my side with it an lean my head on the sides of it its so comfy dunno how ill sleep without it now lol x

    do you have it the way up so it makes a V ? coz mine is the other way around :/ coz it was like that in the pictrue on the packet haha but it does help me be at an angle x

    i have mine like an upside down V kinda like an “n” lol actually dont know which way round its meant to go haha x

    I slept on my flat on my back from day 2 and now sleep on my side 9day po. The only reason they tell u to sleep upright is so when u wake u dont lift your self with your arms xx

    Im 3 weeks po and after 5 days of sleeping upright i cudnt do it anymore so started sleeping on my side, now i wake up and im on my back lol, i think they get in the way xx

    i still ant sleep fully on my side at 19 days po , how did you do it at 5 and 9 days? lol! im getting there though now my sides arnt as sore! xx

    Ive had no pain nothing lol so i just did it i was bit worried at first but it was fine i slept like a baby!xx

    hey girlies try putting a pillow under urs knee as it will stop u from sliding down. this helped me loads :D xx
