Who will give me a big fake look????????

I know all you lovely ladies love the natural look but im a huge fan of fake looking boobs! Dr Traynor offered me 410s but i want them to look FALSE!! any suggestions? Ta xxx

Go for Dr. Singh! I’m having him on 13th April and apparently he is well-known for giving girls big boobs. Unfortunately I’m not one of them haha I’m going for a natural look (I hope!) but maybe ask for an appointment with him?! x

What size r u now? im after the fake look to as opposed to natural, im a 34A/AA at the moment and my PC let me try 460s in which i loved, just hope Mr C thinks the same. Mr Singh is meant to be the best for big ones, he also did Katie Prices!xx

Ahhh that sounds good…. im a big 34C want big round puppies i have tries 460s and loved them i just want mega volume on the top but it seems the better the surgeon, the less likely you are to get the fake look as they dont want their name on them! you would think they would let me have what i want haha! xxx

Mr singh does give u what u want I went in there and he gave me the 525 straite off an i was only an A cup xx

Mr Traynor is an amazing surgeon dont get me wrong but i just want FAKE looking puppies, (if your as bad as me) and you check out womens boobs on holiday i want people to know that they are fake instead of getting into a debate over them because they look so real!? not sure if your for real or not but will give you the benefit of doubt and answer your question. mr singh is defo the boob man not sure if always the best man for the job as having a redo next month due to his work last year xxx

hiya z yes i had 700cc unders a few years ago and one is lower than the other to be fair problem is from my original ba with mr kazzai transform 8 years ago as made the pocket to low but mr singh should of resolved this but didn’t xx when did you have yours and what was the problem xx
