who's had their surgery in the riverside hospital???

i’m having m surgery done in the riverside hospital september 7th and was wondering what to expect of the hospital. whats the staff like? what will happen when i’m there? how long will i have to wait before i get taken down for surgey after going in? any comments/info/advice would be great, thanks ladies xxx
