why am i so nervous

Hey girls my opp is all booked for 23rd march with mr.traynor.

Im really excited… However….

I am sooo nervous to the point where i cant sleep right through the night. I keep thinking bout the hospital and the walk to theatre and me bottling it. Do u think they can knock me out in my room rather than me walking down??

I have wanted this since i was like 13 as i knew i would never have boobs.

Is this all normal?

Im shitting myself too dear and im 16 days away! I’ve got a needle phobia which doesnt help much I just hope they do it quickly, I’ve lost my appetite recently coz of anxiety and stress too I’ve lost half a stone anxious coza my exams AS WELL AS this op! AND the needle part!

hi girls .. I had mine 4 days ago I started having nightmares 2 weeks before op about things going wrong them looking terrible after etc. its just nerves I walked down to theatre they are all so lovely and factual. I told them i was nervous they were really reasuring. all I can advise is if you really want it focus on that and how much you will love them positive thoughts and all that! xx

katie- im 11 wks away from my op. Im really busy with work so dont get a chance to think boutbit during the day. But when im chilling its all i think bout. Im not bothered bout the pain i have 3wks off work to chill and do nothing. Im just really scared of hospitals. Ive only ever been to hosp when someone is dying or some reasons for my job never for myself. It terrifies me.my bf has driven me to a hosp near me and said it wont be anything like thay it private and almost like a hotel lol. Im such a baby xxxx

Lol I am DEFFO going through with it anyway Imean I have a phobia of needles but I still had my 3 HPV jags (cervical cancer) AND dengue or yellow fever jag or something, my motto when it comes to getting jags is “I’d rather go through with this than die” lol I cant giv blood tho coz wenever I go I cry and they cant take it from u if u cry, but ialways tell em “just take it im fine” but they never have I WILL FORCE myself to go through with this tho coz i rli want it

hi dwni- thats the nervous part.of it.for me that i have to walk to thatre. Scared ill turn and run. Luckily with me being the first to book for traynor on that day as a day case i wont be sat round as im gonna prob be first to theatre lol.xx
