why arent they answering??

Bin tryin to get through to bristol clinic gor last half hr to pay my remaining balance off, but they wont answer their phone! Plus I cant get through to my pc, so I can mayb get to c another surgeon b4 my op, n wen I checked my txt msgs, I havent heard from her since 4 th oct, even tho ive txt her several times since! Not happy. Xx

I had the exact same issue with the London clinic and my PC. I could never get hold of anyone even after phoning, texting and emailing! Luckily, I have had my BA now but it was a struggle getting there! Sorry, MYA Moderator but I was not happy with some of the service I received.
