why can some people have big implants under n some cant??

Been told 380 which is way 2 small for me n im not paying £4000 to stay same size n be a bit fuller! feel so down now gotta see mr chantarasak. Why cant u go big under the muscle i have no breast tissue ‘( x

Its all to do with the size of the pocket under your muscle, I had my op with mr c on Tuesday he said I could have 450cc (Responsive)I asked him can I have the next size up, He said It may not fit. I said can we order it and you see on the day then he said yes if the pocket is big enough he will go with the bigger implant and he did ive got 485cc Responsive. My advise would be order in a couple of different shapes high profile, extra high profile and different sizes and ask mr c to but in the biggest one he can on the day. x

I have 380 and they aint small, dont get me wrong i would love bigger but who wouldnt, if u have no breast tissue it may take u a couple ops to get a big implant in as it will me!

It’s all down to the size of your pocket, I.e some people may not have no tissue at all and be offered 410cc were as a girl with some breast tissue may only be told she can have 340cc, it all depends on what they can fit in the pocket, some surgeons are willing to push it and negotiate but some are not due to the possible effects such as rippeling and other problems, I’m having 380cc and I’m Happy with that He said any bigger and He would not do it cause he’s not risking his reputation and id definately get rippeling, I’d rather have a pair of normal boobs than try get bigger and end up with bad effects. Im a 32b now and hoping to look a D cup xx

Yeah i suppose ur all right just think im being greedy its so hard coz always had big boobs they have never been smaller then dd/e but its the changes ive gone through weight loss n kids. @xandreax did u have much breast tissue hun and thanks for the reasurance fingers crossed he’ll squeeze some bigger ones in lol xx

My surgeon said I could have had overs but I’d have to have smaller implant than 380cc and it just wasn’t the best option for me. But its completely different for every girl, some surgeons can offer slighlty larger for overs than what they could with unders. But my surgeon told me that He had never heard of that? Lol. I would just go back to see your PS ask what is the absoloute max they can give you without there been rippeling etc. Mr k said its possible I could get sum slight rippeling underneath my boobs xx

dr traynor offerd me 380 410 460 485 and 520 and iv chosen 520 was just wondering if overs had to fit in a pocket or anything ( sorry if i sound stupid!!) xx

They make a pocket underneath the breast tissue, and with unders they make 1 under muscle hun. No u dont sound daft lol xx.

If hes said they would they should do, they go with the measurments they have taken of ya chest. Mr kazzazi told me 340cc but I wanted slightly bigger so I pushed him n He said 380 should just about fit in there lol xx
