Why cant we wear normal bras unti 6 weeks?

Im itching to buy 1 and wear it now. Im 4 weeks nd 2 days post op x

I don’t know, but i am itching to buy and wear and i am only 10 days post op !! lol

Im so tempted to just do it but dont think I should lol x

Maybe someone will have an answer soon x

dnt girls my frrend had her op done didnt wear her sports bra and went straight into a normal bra, now her left boob has slightly dropped more than the other. its not worth it!!! it takes 6weeks for them to settle into place x

I’ll be 10 days post op on Saturday and I’m going out for a fight night – going bra less! Haha

You can get away with one on a night out if u really want to but defo wear sports bra as much as poss xxx

lauren there are a few reasons the main 2 are that, the wires could stop the implant dropping into the pocket resulting in the implant healing to high up, also because your numb you wont be able to tell if the wire is irritating your incision which could lead to them not healing properly with a possibility of infection or making the scaring worse, i personally would never risk damaging something that cost me 4 grand xx xx
