Why Do We Have To Sleep Sat Upright??

this may sound like a stupid question, but whats the reason we have to wait a while before we can sleep lying down properly?? x

To be honest I didn’t in hospital I aren’t now ! I have my shoulders up right like it tells me too

i’ve been sleeping up right, im only 10 days post op. i get my stitches out tuesday so could ask the nurse then i guess. was just curious as to the reason we have to do this really…x

So blood flows round I’m guessing !

it helps reduce swelling girlies, that is also why u elevate injured areas xx xx

How up right do I have to be as I have shoulders slighly raised but I keep waking up lower ! Xxx
