Maybe you were lucky enough to be gifted with natural ones but most of these girls just want a confidence boost by having a couple of cup sizes up which no-one would ever know or some are mums who after breastfeeding have been left with loose skin and just need some stuffin put back in. I really hope when you have children this does not happen to you.
