Wide chest…cleavage

Anyone had a BA with a wide chest?

Saw Mr C today, he said i have quite a wide chest so the implants would sit quite far apart, i stressed cleavage is the most important thing for me and he said i might be disapointed, especially as he suggested unders so i wouldnt be able to push them together easily in a bra.

He also suggested 380-410 max, im 34a/aa and wanted to be atleast a dd, so dunno if thats possible.

i have a consultation with mr singh next month, hopefully he’ll give me some better news

I was so late today! Like over an hour late, we got a bit lost! Lol

I really liked him, he also offered me 380cc but again, said he would have to do them as unders because that way they would look more natural and I have quite a large gap between my boobs as well

Have a look at my before pics, I think my chest area is wide and there is still a GAP after the BA but 3 days post op I can already push them slightly together so know I’ll be able to get a good cleavage in a bra! Xx

I had 460 overs x

Hey Carmel… how are you finding the 460cc overs? I was offered 460 overs by another surgeon, but I thought they would be too big as I have quite a small frame!

u should be ok with mr singh hunn because he said i had a very wide breasts. and he said i would need a big implant too fill out my breasts.and bring them togather.if that makes sence.he said overs for me because over the sagging and i had a lot of skin and too make them look higher. i seen mr c at transform he was very nice and never really said a lot. you wont go wrong with mr singh. hope this helps xx

Did he mention what profile of implants to have? I thought if u had a wide chest then low profile implants did the trick as they are much wider than the high profiles. Surely this wud mean having implants far apart doesnt need to be an option?xx

i had dr helena a at rochdale at she said the same and i had unders with 410 cc from a 34A .. Now ive had it the clevage is still very good and if you get a good bra im sure you’ll get a bit of clevage – even without cleveage they look ace! xx

Id say have low profiles! I did and Im wide chested, 5ft 10 etc I had 470cc low profiles and I luv them, am only 8 weeks post op on tuesday and can already get a cleavage, I dont know why more surgeons dont suggest low profiles, they seem to just get disregarded all the time…..

Kateelouu. I’m feeling really good, love my 460s so glad I went for that size! No pain just a litte tender where incision is made x

I had low profiles too, i’m 5’6″ and mr K said my boobs were wide, he gave me 380cc unders as they were only ones right width. I’m 6wks post op tomorrow and can get a cleveage ok.

Samf81.. how are you finding unders?

Mr C offered me 380cc but pushed for unders as he said they would look more natural than overs, and because of the gap between my breasts unders would be more suitable.

What size were you before, and what size are you now? If you don’t mind me asking?

I’ve found them fine, i think i pulled muscle from under my left arm by over-reaching for something early on but otherwise its been fine. I had an uplift as well so my hubby was home for first 2wks. I was wearing a 34C before (tho Mr K said i only had B cup tissue so will have lost some with uplift) and am currently wearing 34DD sports bra but am waiting for my left to drop before getting measured properly. xx

Thanks for the advice girlies, I read low profiles were best for wide chest…I’ve seen 2surgeons so far why the heck havnt they suggested them, getting worried they might point in opposite directions at this rate lol

Can’t wait to see mr Singh nxt month, really hope he can give me wot I want mr c kept going on about “natural” and I’m like I don’t give a toss about looking natural lol give me big ones damn it! Lol xxx

If you have a wide chest – make sure you have low profiles – apparantly I have a wide chest too! so I had 360cc low profile unders xxxx
