WIERD…twinges that feel like the implant is coming 'unstuck' from the tissue

Gosh that sounds bizarre when I write it down…anyone else had this feeling?

Its not nice, but it doesnt hurt -and it only happens in the left (bigger) breast

Thank goodness I’m not the only one…yes I’ve got the same thing in my right booby.it’s the one I,m concerned about -also got quite a few ripples but my left one is normal.I’ve gotta wait till my six week check before the nurse will ring dr c. Mines super sensitive too.Dunno if it’s me being a hypochondriac but I’ve waited so long and wrestled with whether to have them done that I want them to be ok!!!!!Perhaps I’m expecting too much for two weeks post op.

Oh Nancy I dont know whether its bad that there’s two of us or a good thing! I dont want to ring emergency number as its not on the ‘list’ of emergencies. Its been doing it for about 3 days now and bugging me so will ring the nurse in office hours tomo.

Did u have overs? How long since the op?

Yeah I had overs, having mini panics that I’m gonna have a deformed booby! When I feel the implant it crinkles and pops too. Someone help us please!!!!!!!xxxxxxxxx

Hi girls I’m only wk post op today and I had the same feeling in my left boob. Felt very strange.

i girls i had those feelings at about 10 days,i was so worrried i tightened my bra to make sure they didnt move,,,,lol,,,they were fine i never did ask the nurse what it was as it went in a couple of day,and my boobs are fine,but if your worried ask the nurse.x

Go girl. I’m seeing nurse tomorrow leave it with me and I get sum answer. Think this forum is just the best. Being able to talk and no one judging or simply taking the Piss out of our comments. Just gd knowing others had same problem. It’s a relief or we would be on the phone every 5 mins sounding like hypochondriac. When were not just worried bout what’s going on. We should have like leaflet saying the stages of what happens or changes the implant and breast go through.I jeep getting cold shivers now again throughout my body I’m not ill but strange. Hope I haven’t got infection.

if you think about it girls our bodies have had a major shock,we have had an implant,it wasnt there before the body is just saying what the hell is this it wasnt there yesterday,lol,everything just needs time to settle i think,but your right a leaflet with some of the feelings we may experience should be given out,at least then we would expect some strange feelings.dont think you have an infection hun,i think its a number of things,make sure your eating enough as that can make you feel cold too.xxxx dont worry if your tummy looks bloated that will settle too.i looked like6 months pregnant for a couple of weeks,and the wind was shocking,hahahahah almost blew me socks off…..xxxxxxxx

im 3 weeks post op i’ve also got the super sensitive feeling in my left boob could be because im left handed i think its not healing as quick as the right as its the dominant hand the one you use more lol… ddgirl i keep getting the cold shivers now and again more than i ever did and i feel it more in my boobs don’t know why ? could be implants feel the cold more lol x

Tina u do make me chuckle. Maybe us girls can get together and give each other signs or experience what were all going through.I’m in process of writing my experience sign and feelings everyday.

Good for you hun,everyone needs to know about these feelings because otherwise you just sit all alone worrying and you cant always talk to people who havent had BA,cos some of them are secretly jealous and glad your having problems and the others just dont understand,its mad,this forum is the best.I also found my self holding them up when i went shopping to stop them aching,lol,my friend used to say your doing it again,lol,they are not that big either but they felt it at the time.xxxx

Do you hold your boobs when you bend over too? I do!! I havnt told anybody at work that I’ve had an op and keep catching myself cupping my boobs or poking my nipples to see if I can feel them yet. I cant believe nobody in the office has commented yet!!

Lol love the wee joke very gd tina. God I hate being in the car when husband drives especially round bends or roundabouts it’s def not comfortable. Feel like my implant gonna pop out of me. Lol
